At Zenzu Sand Candles, we offer shipping worldwide. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our shipping options and fees.
Shipping Fees
The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping fees. The shipping price will be visible on the checkout page for all orders.
Australian Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days - $6.99
Australian Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - $10.95
International Shipping: 4-12 business days - $15.99
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100
Dispatch and Delivery
Our goal is to dispatch all goods in stock within 2 business days from the order date. We partner with Australia Post for shipping. Delivery times may vary between 2-8 business days, depending on your location. Please note that deliveries to rural areas may take longer. We do not ship deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and Australian public holidays.
Delivery Issues
Third-party courier terms apply to the delivery of the products to you. Any problems with delivery should be directed to us for troubleshooting. We will endeavor to assist you to ensure your delivery arrives. All delivery times provided to you are estimates only and are subject to postal delays and reasons beyond our control. We do not warrant or make any representation that your order will be delivered within a specific timeframe.
International Shipping and Customs
Please review your country’s importation regulations carefully before placing your order, as we are not responsible for items refused by customs in accordance with their prohibition policies.
International orders/shipments may be subject to customs fees or taxes charged by the country in which your order is delivered. Zenzu Sand Candles is not responsible for paying fees charged by customs or the rate charged by customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the customs fee. If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at customs.
If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge and minus the customs charge to send the package back to us.
International orders/shipments may be subject to the possible opening and inspection of goods by customs officials in the country of delivery. Zen Zu Candle is not responsible for orders that are held up at customs, damaged by customs, or refused entrance by customs due to this process. Zenzu Sand Candles is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at customs.
